Hey guys – I’m Dave! I’m also known as the Home Improvement Dude. I started this site in 2021 in order to have a place to write about and document various DIY projects around the house.

As it turned out, lots of this revolved around the bathroom. 🙂 Go figure.

I’ve also been writing a bit about questions people have about bidets, and spent quite a bit of time reviewing the best bidets – installing them at home and testing them at length.

Most people hate thinking about leaking toilets or installing bidets on their own, and will call a plumber the second something breaks.

That’s perfectly fine, but I just want to share things that you can do on your own without much fuss. Saves you some time, money and hassle – and you get to experience the pride of knowing that you actually got this project done on your own!
